Note that all rentals in the city of Portland have an additional $4.00 per night plus an additional 2% tax added to room rates. Our home in rural Clark County, just 30 minutes from Portland city center, has none of Portland’s egregious fees! We are superior value when Portland’s average hotel room rate, before fees, is $137.38! It is just good value to book directly with MapleRidge House. Shop and compare, you won’t be disappointed.
Our prices vary by date and seasonal demand. Please use the CONTACT US form to ask us about pricing for your visit. When booking with us directly the daily rate will never exceed $155.00, plus state and local taxes/fees. Each booking has a $100 Covid-Driven housekeeping/sanitation fee. We prefer PayPal or VENMO for all transactions. We may ask for personal identification at time of booking. Bookings of 7 days or more can earn a discount from the quoted price.
